one in worship and intent,
let us for the days that greet us
all our hopes to God present,
that our common life may be
marked by trust, and truly free.May the spring of all our actions
be, O God, your love, your Word;
make us conscious of your presence,
Spirit-filled, to sharing stirred.
Help us, who your image bear,
for the good of each to care.Give us grace to match our calling,
faith to leave the past behind;
hope to grow into our future,
love to shape the present time.
Let the servant-mind of Christ
in our lives be manifest.Now ourselves anew committing
to each other and to you,
God, we ask that you will lead us
