APPLE KEYNOTE

  1. Download the desired title to your computer or desktop being sure to select the appropriate format (Standard 4:3 or Widescreen 16:9).
  2. Open an existing presentation or create a new presentation that you want to insert slides into.
  3. In Navigator view, click the slide that you want to insert the other slides after.
  4. Open the downloaded Keynote song file.
  5. Choose Navigator view.
  6. Highlight all the slides and drag them to the desired place in your Keynote worship presentation.
  7. We recommend that you insert a black/blank slide at the end of each song to be used as a transitional break.

MS POWERPOINT

  1. Download the desired title to your computer or desktop being sure to select the appropriate format (Standard 4:3 or Widescreen 16:9).
  2. Open an existing presentation or create a new presentation that you want to insert slides into.
  3. In Normal view, in the navigation pane, click the slide that you want to insert the other slides after.
  4. On the Home tab, under Slides, click the arrow next to New Slide, and then click Reuse Slides.
  5. In the dialog box, find the presentation that you want to insert, and select it. Click OK. Copies of all the slides are inserted into your presentation.
  6. We recommend that you insert a black/blank slide at the end of each song to be used as a transitional break.

ZIP (JPEG)

For Keynote Users

    1. Download the desired title to your computer or desktop being sure to select the appropriate format (Standard 4:3 or Widescreen 16:9).
    2. Open an existing presentation or create a new presentation that you want to insert slides into.
    3. In Navigator view, click the slide that you want to insert the other slides after.
    4. Open the .zip file.
    5. Highlight all the jpegs and drag them to the desired place in your Keynote presentation.  Keynote will create a new slide for each of the jpegs.

For PowerPoint Users

    1. Download the desired title to your or computer or desktop being sure to select the appropriate format (Standard 4:3 or widescreen 16:9).
    2. Create a new folder for the song title.  Open the .zip file and place the jpegs into the newly created folder.
    3. In Normal view, in the navigation pane, click the slide that you want to insert the other slides after and create/insert the number of slides required for the song.
    4. To insert the prepared jpeg into the slide do the following:
        • Using the main menu, click ‘Insert -> Picture
        • Navigate to the jpeg file and select the appropriate jpeg.
        • Repeat for the remaining jpegs.
        • NOTE: It’s important that you use the ‘Insert -> Picture’ method to maintain the correct formatting and alignment from one slide to the next.
