Organ: Manuals-only without lyrics

Organ versions without lyrics are provided for those who might like to use these arrangements for service or bridging music. Removing the verses, refrains, etc. solves the notation and reading problem which can occur when a large amount of space is required between staves to accommodate words.

An organist might wish to consider placing a words & music version and a music-only version side-by-side on the music rack. This will help the musician keep track of the verses (especially on a 5 or 6 verse hymn) while taking advantage of the tighter, cleaner spacing on the music-only version.
